Over the weekend, I went exploring, something I love to do. I ended up at the Farmer’s Market in Dallas and had the chance to talk with these awesome black owned business owners. I walked by at first as the man was giving a hand massage to his partner. Looked relaxing but I passed by. I came back and spoke with them. He went over the different products and then offered me a massage, I could not turn that down.

The company’s name is Genuine HOBO and they specialize in natural skin products with shea butter as the base. I learned that the HOBO acronym stands for Her Overall Body Oasis, a place for men to thank women.

The massage I received is called African Swai. Raymond massaged the shea butter that was infused with top of the line essential oils. There was a huge difference in my skin. My skin is always dry, I usually have to put vaseline on but that still does not help. In fact, Raymond says it clogs the pores and is not the best for my skin. Can you see the difference below?

Well after the massage, I was gifted with their Black Soap and used it this morning. It was awesome. I felt so clean and refreshed. It gave a great lather.

I broke it up into pieces to use parts for my body and my face. Have to keep those separate! I have been working on skin care and I can tell you my face looked so refreshed that I did not put on any foundation. I love that fresh face look! My skin did not feel dry nor did I have that residue feel after other soaps.
