Creating is Healing, Home Made Luxe Review + Join FB Group

This is a sponsored post for Home Made Luxe, but trust, these are all my opinions and I wouldn’t participate if it was against my brand!

Beautiful people, my summer has officially started and I have dubbed my summers to be titled the Creative Retreat. My creative healing sessions began years ago when I first began this blog. I was healing from heartbreak. Over the years, my creative interests continued to transpire and transform.

It started off with creating Macrame, then to creating designs to put on products, and most recently, watercoloring.

Of course, I created over the school year but not nearly as much as I will over the summer. My mind is free and the opportunities are endless.

When I first started out, I had no idea what to create, how to create, or what I needed. I would get all these supplies, that I STILL have and create much of nothing. I realized I needed some guidance.

I loved these online tutorials from SkillShare and of course YouTube. I also tried to recreate things that I wanted to paint.

While researching other ways to learn, I stumbled across Home Made Luxe, a DIY subscription box for crafting! It has everything you need to make the craft! Use my link http://bit.ly/HomeMadeDiscount!

Home Made Luxe

One thing that I love about Home Made Luxe is that it is Black and Woman-owned! Keitha, the founder, is a wife, a mother of twins and an entrepreneur. She loves making sure she has mommy time, where she grabs a glass of wine, art supplies and creates!

Home Made Luxe is perfect for anyone, but especially those that have no idea where to begin and what kind of creating they are interested in.

If you are looking for a support group, make sure you join my FB Group, Color Me Creative. It is for creatives of all kinds! Writers, crafters, painters, singers, cooks/bakers and so many more. We will have challenges, events and a safe space to ask questions and share.

I am a firm believer in art as therapy, and I love artists! Check out my art Instapage.
