AirBnB Hawaii

I have not had the huge urge to go to Hawaii and I have no idea why not but this place was requested and now it is on my list of travels. Hawaii, a place known as paradise houses many different islands. The Big Island is Hawaii, there is Niihau, Kauai, Maui, Honolulu, Oahu, Lanai, Molokai, and Kahoolawe. This is the only state made up of islands.

Some of these islands have active volcanic activity, which makes me a little nervous. I remember watching the movie Dante’s Peak, I loved that movie. Hawaii keeps growing in size because of its active state. Did you know that Hawaii is the ONLY state with a Tropical Rainforest? Hawaii is the ONLY state where white people are the minority race. LauLau – When making this dish in the traditional way, it is made with pork wrapped in layers of taro leaves and cooked in an
underground hot rock oven for hours. You know it is done when it is soft and has a smoky flavor. The meat is tender and juicy while the leaves turn to a spinach like consistency.

Kahlua Pig– Another pork dish, cooked in an imu which is an underground oven, the pork is slowly roasted so that it becomes very tender and it keeps a remarkable smoky flavor.
