One thing that I love is interviewing amazing people that inspire me and gives me life lessons! I was able to indulge in such a sweet and simple pleasure this weekend, let’s talk about it!

Over at Bougie University Podcast, I was able to connect with a young lady, ImaniGrace, her gift always leaves me in awe. ImaniGrace is an artist, a singer, a musician, and a sweet spirit. We chatted and I was able to pull out some amazing life lessons that I wanted to share with you!

Hone in on your identity understand the people who influence you for greater, focus on the things you love, know your personal beliefs and values
Talk with people that have different backgrounds from you
Be the change you wish to see in others- Mahatma Gandhi
The energy you put out in the universe is infectious- for good and for not so good. YOU CHOOSE
Say no to anxiety and self-doubt
Accept the help and filter out the hate
You are your brand
Study your craft
Do what you love… ALL THE TIME… You will get better and people will notice you!
Drink water
Breathe- INTENTIONALLY
Not all opportunities are good for you!
Sustain your health and well-being
Being selfish is perfectly fine!
Tell yourself who you are! Define YOUR OWN SELF!
